Various types of nonwoven fabric used as filter media in the field of air and liquid filtration are supplied. Main applications include personal care respirators, home care air cleaners, heavy-duty vacuum cleaners, and automobile cabin air filter products. PP melt-blown nonwovens: A multiple electret charging technology has been developed, combining hydro electret charging and static electret charging. This technology ensures significantly less filtration accession even after years of storage. Adopting a customized formula with electret masterbatch and high-voltage charging equipment, the filter cloth achieves high filtration efficiency with lower penetration pressure and maintains stable electrostatic features.
PBT melt-blown liquid filtration media: Modified PBT raw resin greatly improves melting characteristics in the melt-blown process. It is an ideal fuel filtration media widely used for oil filters in vehicles due to its high-temperature resistance and stable chemical properties.
Specialization in melt-blown technology with 20 years of production experience allows for reach higher filtration efficiency and lower air penetration pressure. The facility features five 1.6-meter wide automatic production lines for PP nonwovens and two production lines for PBT material. Fabrics fit middle to high efficiency filters, ranging from F5-F9 standards to H10-H12 standards.
